ClubsHelp contributes resources where need exists, guiding member clubs to be a conduit for aid and crucial support in times of crisis. We offer a structured, professional online fundraising platform, and expertise on best practices.
ClubsHelp develops impactful and fun club events to strengthen the sense of community at clubs and helps to provide for those in need. We distributed PPE and health bars to frontline workers during the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue to find ways to help the causes that are important to your club. The monies raised at clubs can support national groups or stay at home to help local communities.
Our team provides the insight, know-how and tools to help your club plan new, fun events. We offer professional media expertise, amplify through earned media coverage and social media promotion, and can help increase visibility for your club. In addition, your club will have access to the resources of ClubsHelp’s growing list of corporate partners to raise the level of the events you run.

Joining the ClubsHelp network is simple.
Enroll in the ClubsHelp network at no initial cost via a simple online process.
Assign a club contact to interface with our ClubsHelp representatives.
Prepare your club for activation.
Activate
Conduct an annual event, or layer a charitable element to an existing event, to benefit a charity or cause of YOUR club’s choosing.
Display ClubsHelp branding and/or partner recognition during the event.
Contribute to the ClubsHelp Foundation via a fundraising event or in-kind donation.
Make a difference
Once your club is enrolled in ClubsHelp and a point of contact designated, a ClubsHelp representative will reach out to start the conversation.
Timing and type of fundraiser are determined.
A local charity or cause is designated. If your club has no preferred charity, ClubsHelp can offer suggestions of great causes supported by our corporate partners, which may lead to additional outside contributions or the availability of in-kind products and services.
ClubsHelp will lend support in telling your club’s story.
